Important Sublimation Information

Sublimation is a process that uses heat to transfer dye to a material, such as fabric, to create a permanent design. The process is often used for print-on-demand apparel and can also be used on other materials, such as coasters, mousepads, and kitchen towels.

The heat turns the inks into a gas that combines with the
fabric fibers and permanently prints the design. When the fabric cools and dries, the dyes revert back into a solid form. The result is a vibrant, detailed, and breathable print that's less likely to fade or crack over time.

Sublimation printing is only suitable for garments that are at least 50% polyester.

There will be some fading depending on polyester count. I typically use 50/50 poly cotton or 65/35.
To keep your garments in like-new condition, we suggest you follow the following care instructions:
- Turn garment inside out.
- Machine wash in cold water with like colors
- Do not use bleach
- Tumble dry in low heat or air dry
- No fabric softener (DTF images)
- Do not iron
