EACH item is made to order just for you. So that means there is no returns unless there is a mistake on my side. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

*Christmas ordering: Orders placed before 12/10 will arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after 12/10 may arrive after Christmas.

*If you receive a damaged item; please take a picture of the box, item(s) in box, and all packing. These pictures must be taken so I can file claim with post office, or you may file the claim yourself.

*I cannot stress this enough - I am not responsible for how the post office handles your packages. I do my best to make sure your package is securely packaged to ensure safe arrival, but sometimes things happen beyond my control.
